As a native of New Bern and eastern North Carolina, I have a
deep love and appreciation of Eastern North Carolina. Growing up in Havelock
and moving to New Bern in 1992, I have spent countless hours on the river and
exploring all that Eastern North Carolina has to offer. I have an extensive
knowledge of the communities in our area and would love to share this knowledge
with you.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I spent over 23 years in the
Supply Chain Field including 15 years working for the government as a Supply
Chain Manager and Contract Specialist. My position required strong negotiation
skills as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Today as
a Real Estate professional, I bring the same skills and talents to my clients.
The most important part of my relationship with my clients
is to listen well and have a clear understanding of what my buyers and sellers
want or need. While I fully embrace technology as a tool to help communicate
with clients and market listings, I also believes in old-fashioned activities
like answering her phone, and being responsive to my client's wants, needs,
questions, and concerns. I strongly believe it is not only my duty to represent
my clients to the best of my ability but to also educate them through every
step of the process armed with top notch information and
market insight to assist them in making the best decision possible. I not only
explain each step of the buying or selling process in detail but will stay in
close communication with you keeping you informed every step of the way.
In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my
husband and my teenage son and daughter. We love to relax and enjoy time on the
river. Most Friday nights you will find us at the New Bern Football games
showing our support for New Bern High. Of course there is always time for
“Patti” our long haired dachshund who is the baby of our pack of 4 dogs and 2
cats.
