This is a second time buyers have terminated contract on this great home and this time they did it day before closing! As you can imagine my sellers are very very frustrated ( and not that I am feeling any better!!!)
This is a great and completely remodeled home in River Bend. Nice private yard. Inspections done and all repairs have been made. VA appraisal has been done TWICE! and no repairs where noted, house appraised both times higher than asking price.
